Obtaining Your Total Reward Statement
You can access your TRS several ways.
It is normally accessible through:
- Your employer intranet.
- ESR Self Service, you can view your statement using the link, normally under a Pensions heading.
- The dedicated NHS websites https://www.totalrewardstatements.nhs.uk/ & https://mynhspension.nhsbsa.nhs.uk/.
If, when you are on either site, you cannot find an Annual Benefit/Pension Statement and it just says “We have unfortunately not been able to produce…” then you need to contact NHSBSA (Pensions) and tell them this. They will then produce a manually calculated one. This can take up to four months. Their telephone number is 0300 330 1346. Normally they can tell you why your statement has not generated so that your employer can correct the issue in time for the next August statement date.
